Return Policy
Are you dissatisfied with your purchase(s) you can easily return your order within 30 days after receiving your product(s).
Please send an email and we will provide you with a free shipping label or free return address.
Always write the order number (PET1-XXXXX) in the email.

Conditions
We need to receive the returned items in the original, undamaged packaging.
Once we receive the return, your full order costs shall be transferred.

Please save the tracking link of your return.
Just in case so we can follow the package on it's way back and check the delivery.
