Effipro DUO Spot-on Cat has been specially developed for the prevention and treatment of fleas and ticks in cats.
One treatment prevents further flea infestations for 5 weeks.
The product prevents the development of adult fleas from flea eggs in the environment for 12 weeks after application.
One treatment provides protection against ticks for 1 week.
Effipro DUO is also useful as part of the treatment of flea allergic dermatitis (FAD).
The Spot-on pipettes are easy to administer to the cat. Depending on the cat's body weight, you can choose from two different variants of Effipro DUO Spot-on.
The correct method of administration is of great importance for the effectiveness of the product, because Effipro DUO Spot-on is distributed over the cat's skin.

| Side effects | At the application site transient skin reactions may occur, generalized itching or hair loss is sometimes seen. In very rare cases -especially after licking- excessive salivation, reversible neurological symptoms (hyperesthesia, depression, nervous symptoms), respiratory distress or vomiting. | ||||||
| Warnings | Attachment of individual ticks may occur. Studies in pregnant and lactating puppies have not been performed. The safety of this veterinary medicinal product has not been demonstrated in kittens under 10 weeks and/or less than 1 kg body weight. |
