Beaphar Anti-Scabies Spray to combat (scabies) mite infections in Rabbits and Rodents
The first signs of a (scabies) mite infection are red discoloration of the skin and severe itching, especially on the head. The skin will swell and the animals will develop open wounds and crusts around the eyes and ears. These wounds can become secondarily infected, resulting in a lot of pain. A (scabies) mite infection is highly contagious. This infection mainly occurs in cases of low resistance, excessively high ambient temperatures, poor ventilation, unhygienic housing and nutritional deficiencies.
